My latest project is an adaptive re-use infill at the northwest corner of 7th Street and Osborn Road in downtown Phoenix. The project consists of a new Starbucks building, and re-use of an old Church (circa 1948) that will be home to Taco Guild, a new restaurant concept. The third building on the site is an old school house building that is being renovated to house new shops.
